Cobra is the short form of ''Co-brothers'' (Kottayam Brothers). The film tells the story of the two brothers: Raja (Mammootty) and Kari (Lal (actor)). Gopalan (Salim Kumar) and Balan (Maniyanpilla Raju) play the roles of their security guards.
