No MovieRatingDocumentary
Nearly 13,000 Jews were arrested in the Paris region on July 16 and 17, 1942, including 8,000 sent to the sports hall of the Vélodrome d'Hiver before being deported. It is, by far, the largest raid carried out by the French police in occupied France. There is no equivalent in Western Europe. Based on unpublished research, this film combining testimonies from the last survivors, animation scenes and archive footage retraces the history of this terrible operation.
