Shiho is a housewife struggling to raise her two-year-old daughter and handle household chores a path she chose, even as stay-at-home-mothers are becoming increasingly rare. While wondering whether she made the right choice, she begins to meet neighbors with homemaking challenges of their own, including a working mother and an elite bureaucratic father on maternity leave.
