Starring Fawzia Arif, Abdul Sattar Al-Basri, Maki Awad, Ghaleb Jawad, Samar Mohammed, and Bahjat Al-Jabouri, the series was directed by Farouk Al-Qaisi and written by Sabah Atwan. The series tells the story of a nurse, Waheeba, and her world in Baghdad during the 1990s, focusing on the suffering of Iraqis during that period of economic sanctions imposed on Iraq.
