Nacho Martín is widowed, and rebuilding his life becomes an uphill battle as he takes on the responsibility of caring for his three children and nephew. However, little by little, things settle down in the house, returning to normal thanks to the help of his best friend Julio and his sister-in-law Alicia, whom he gradually grows fond of. Also living in the house are Nacho's father, Manolo, and the housekeeper Juani, who make his daily life easier and more bearable. However, family problems aren't the only thing that plagues Nacho, who has dedicated many years to medicine, receiving numerous patients and new cases every day. Thus, Nacho juggles work and family equally, overcoming the challenges this entails.
