Elsewhere in Costa Rica, two Central Intelligence Agency operatives, Walter Ross (Nestor Serrano) and Lisa Morales (Roselyn Sánchez) meet to consolidate intelligence about their target, a illegal drug trade named Mikhail "Christo" Troykovich.
