After years spent in Paris, a man returns to his native country, Africa. Raised by a Chinese martial arts grandfather, he knows nothing of his past or his parents. Upon returning to Africa he is transformed into"Black Snake," the masked superhero, and goes about liberating his people from beneath a dictator.
